Numerous hotels have adopted Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a way to cope with rapid changing environments and website. A high-quality website can attract and retain online customers in the highly competitive hospitality industry. This study provides a domain-specific, integrative approach in evaluating the hotel website quality and antecedents of user acceptance for hotels. This research investigated the websites of 5-star hotel in Macau, set up and identified corresponding TAM model proposed hypotheses were proposed. This research adopted SEM to testify those the results proved out the entire nine proposed hypotheses were supported and certain managerial suggestions were offered.
