본 연구에서는 본 연구의 목적은 최근 우리사회에서 부모교육에 대한 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 효과
적인 부모교육의 활성화와 보급을 위하여 현재까지 국내에서 개발된 MBTI를 활용한 부모교육 프로
그램들을 정리하고 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 문헌을 분석하는 문헌연구 방법을 통해 국내
석·박사논문 및 국내학술지에 발표된 총 9건의 논문을 연구대상 문헌으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 본
연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 프로그램 목적을 분석한 결과, 대부분의 부모교육프로그램에서는 부모의 자기이해나 양육태도
변화를 목적으로 하고 있으며, 비행청소년 부모들을 대상으로 부모자녀문제를 해결하는 치료목적의 프
로그램도 1편으로 나타났다.
둘째, 프로그램 개발과정을 살펴보면, 요구도나 대상자의 일반적인 특성을 조사하여 그 결과를 토대
로 프로그램을 개발한 연구는 2편뿐이었고, 나머지 7편은 선행연구나 기존의 프로그램을 연구 목적에
적합하게 재구성하여 개발하였다.
셋째, 프로그램 구성내용은 MBTI 검사를 통한 자녀와 부모자신의 성격유형을 이해하고, 이에 맞는
양육태도나 스트레스 대처방안, 갈등 해결 방안에 대한 내용이 주를 이루고 있었다.
넷째, 프로그램 진행절차를 살펴보면, 실시 대상은 부모를 대상으로 한 연구가 4편, 어머니만 대상
으로 한 연구가 5편이었다. 실시시간은 총 9시간에서 30시간으로 나타났으며, 1회 평균 90분에서 3시
간까지 운영되었다. 회기수는 3회기에서 12회기까지 다양하게 나타났다.
다섯째, 프로그램 효과를 검증한 논문은 총 9편의 중에서 7편이었으며, 자아존중감, 자아수용도, 양
육태도, 양육효능감, 의사소통, 가족이해도 등에서 긍정적인 변화를 보이고 있었다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study was to organize and analyze the parent education programs
utilizing the MBTI personality test developed in the country so far, in order for the
revitalization and dissemination of effective parenting education with an increase in the
importance of parental education in our society recent years. Through literature research
methods to analyze the existing literature, a total of nine articles published in national
journals and MSc and doctoral dissertations literature were chosen and analyzed in the
study. The results of this study are as follows:
First, by analyzing the program objectives, most of the parent education program aimed for
self-understanding and nurturing attitude change in parents, and one literature aimed at the
therapeutic program to address parent-child issues for parents having juvenile delinquents.
Second, as looking at the program development process, there are only two literatures
reported programs based on the results examining the required degrees and the general
characteristics of the subjects and the remaining 7 articles were developed after reconfiguring
appropriately the previous studies or the existing program for research purposes.
Third, the configuration of the programs was concerning mainly on the understanding of the
type of children and their parents through the MBTI personality test, and also on the appropriate
information on parenting attitudes, coping measures, and conflict resolution.
Fourth, for reviewing the procedure of program, four article were targeted at parents and
the remaining five literature aimed at only mothers. Exemplary time was shown to be from
9 hours to 30 hours in total and each session was lasting for 90 minutes or up to 3 hours in
average. The number of sessions were varied between three sessions and 12 sessions.
Fifth, seven out of nine articles were validating the effectiveness of the program and there
were positive changes showing in self-esteem, self-acceptance, rearing attitude, parenting
efficacy, communication, and family understanding.
