한국어 초록

탈근대화로 접어들면서 자본의 이해관계는 정보화를 매개로 사람이 곧 자원이 되는
세상을 만들었다. 즉 한 사람의 아이디어가 전 세계를 바꿀 수 있는 상황이 된 것이
다. 이런 지식기반의 4차 산업은 인재가 곧 국력이 됨을 의미한다. 특히 그런 우수한
인재를 길러내는 데 가장 핵심적인 요소로 우수한 교원을 양성하는 것은 더욱 더 중
요해 졌다. 미술과의 경우도 작가를 양성하는 것만큼이나 각 미술영역과 관련된 일에
서 두각을 나타낼 인재를 길러내기 위해서는 전문성을 갖춘 교사의 양성에 비중을 둘
수밖에 없다.

영어 초록

Currently one of the teacher's license of Korea, it is a certificate of licensed
teacher and practical technique teacher who is concerned with. As compared with
the system of the licensed teacher, however, only is not yet practical technique
teacher known but also students don't have enough information, there are a little
study about effectiveness and study activity hereafter. Consequently the purpose of
this study is that it will figure out the reform measure and research for the
requirement of students who attend a lecture regarding practical technique of visual
arts education method for a fine arts talent teacher.
As a consequences of this work there are a few students who want to have
the desire to have the certificate of the fme arts talent and if they become a
teacher of the fine arts talent, they are concerned about their low-quality of
teaching art because they are taught in a poor course of the study. In case they
want to be a teacher of practical technique, they think, it should be enhanced the
theory of education and expanded the practical time and prepared the opportunity
of field education.
This means that even though they acquire the certificate, there is little
opportunity that they can get a job and the subject should be enhanced to full
knowledge to play a role as a teacher of practical technique. It is the order of
priority in any system of a teaching certificate to produce a competent teacher. In
addition placing in right man in the right place is the desirable factor not to
waste the human labor.
However, it is a re-considerate situation that hundreds of the possessor
holders of the practical technique who come out of each year work in a totally
different place.
