The purpose of this study is to provide role of the local government for domestic adoption increasem, the method of this study is leterature research. This study investigate adoption policy and service about America, Canada, France and Swenden.
The result of this study are as follows.
Firstly, the local government must open adoption center for information and support pre adoptive family and adoptive family.
