The objectives of this study were to analyze the leadership of master teacher inthe early childhood educarional institutions and to clarify the desirable theacher's leadership model for the effective conduct of educational purpose.
The major findings of this study were as follows;
First, in examining the gap of master teacher's leadership(4RL) perceprion by job level in the early childhood educational institutions, it showed meaningful perception differences in principal, master teacher and teachers.
