본 연구는 군이라고 하는 특수한 근무환경에서 장기간 복무하고 제대하는 제대군인이 전역을 맞이하면서 겪게 될 급격한 환경변화에 대하여 원활한 사회적응을 목적으로 하는 전직지원교육과정을 대상으로 교육만족도 영향요인과 교육효과성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 전직기본교육의 참여과정에서 지각하는 인식수준을 CIPP 평가모형을 활용하여 상황(C: context), 투입(I: input), 과정(P: process), 산출(P: product) 영역으로 나누어 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 교육과정별로 실제 교육생이 교육에 대해 느끼는 만족도 영향요인과 교육효과성을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 제대군인 전직지원교육의 제도적 개선을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영어 초록

The objective of this study is to verify the effect factors of satisfaction and effectiveness of eduction of discharged soldiers after a long service in their special service environment to help them adapt to the drastic change of social environment smoothly after discharge. To that end, this study analyzed their recognition level in the course of basic education in the areas of context (C), input (I), process (P) and product (P) by utilizing a CIPP model, and verified the education satisfaction factors and the education effectiveness them by education course thereby. Based on the outcome, this study presents policy suggestions to improve the system of support education for them.
