FALCO LIME
The goal of this particular study was to show just how large of a role communication and culture place on a corporation. This project explains many reasons how a company gains success through good communication skills.
Company Description Corporate Culture Communication
The importance of internal and external communication within an organization is the number one thing that creates the way an organization is operated and it also shows results of how well the company is doing. Different companies have different ways of communicating.
Company description
Falco Lime, Inc., was founded and eventually developed into being known as “ YOUR QUALTITY LIME SUPPLIER.” Falco sells only the highest quality CaO produced in the United States, from rotary kilns at Mississippi Lime company.
Falco concentrates its sales efforts in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, but can easily reach other Southern states either by barge or truck.
Falco’s source of lime has a 300 year supply of limestone, insuring the uninterrupted production and flow of the most consistent lime products in the United States.
Corporate Communications and Culture
Corporate culture involves the relations process that management emphasizes to their employees. Communication strategies that companies enact increase the outcome of cross-culture relationships.
