The purpose of this research is to identify an opportunity to entry a new market, either Japan or Korea, for our company that is distributor of Prior snowboard manufactory Ltd.
In this report, we assume what can be opportunities and threats for entering the market. In each category, such as country profile, commercial infrastructure, and physical factors etc, we looked for information. From several view point as we can expect, we compare respective pros and cons. We also consider their internal and external factors, short-term and long-term planning as well.
