1.Introduction

Ever since powerful oil money from the mideast came into the English Premier League, in ten years ever since coming out, its level outweighed Italy and Spain’s professional soccer league and became the best one known worldwide and all the professional soccer players, and those going through training now set their destination for London. Right now, the whole world is desparate for luring mideastern oil money. When an enormous amount of money flows into the Mideast, fast growth is triggered and this upgrades instantly the country’s national competitiveness.
