1. Introduction
1) The objective of the experiments
The first experiment is demonstrated to find the separation point(stagnation point) of airfoil. The stagnation point of the air foil is determined by the velocity of the flow. At this point, the velocity of the flow is supposed to be lower than 0.3m/s.
The second experiment is to calculate the lift force and drag force formed around the cylinder. From those values, the coefficients of drag force and lift force are also can be calculated. The ratio between those coefficients can be calculated and we need to learn how to use the ratio and what it means.
2) Basic theories
①Lift force and Drag force
Lift force is a sort of force which is vertical to the oncoming flow direction. Drag force is the component of the surface force parallel to the flow direction.

2. Methods
1)윈드 터널 실험을 위한 준비과정
①파워 스위치를 켠다.
②컨트롤 패널의 ready 버튼을 누르고 램프를 통해 켜졌는지 확인한다.
③컨트롤 패널의 start 버튼을 누르고 램프를 통해 켜졌는지 확인한다.
④potentiometer를 이용해 윈드 터널의 유속을 증가시킨다.
⑤fully opened state에서 측정하기 위해 버터플라이 밸브를 조정한다.
⑥inlet의 유속을 측정한다.
⑦potentiometer로 유속을 조정한다.
