: Human beings lives by the laws and institutions prescribed by the state for several reasons because, they are incomplete. But, The laws and institutions can't sometimes keep up with what happens among the humans. My answer about this title "Should we have rights to do wrong?" is ,of course, "yes". Anybody can have possibilities to make the mistake, and when accidents that I don't want to get happen, I can have a possibility to do wrong, because we are human. we need to think about if we are becoming dull and inflexible old men who grant only an invisible duty under compulsion by the state to myself.
