Introduction
Dongfeng Yueda Kia Motor Ltd Company, Kia`s Chinese joint venture, have two plants in China. Specifically, this project is based on the one which is located in a small city called Yan-Cheng. Since a Korean company can not dogmatically run a business, they all have to merger with at least one Chinese organization. Therefore Kia has mergered with two Chinese companies, Dongfeng and Yueda. Dongfeng and Yueda have 25% of shares respectively and KIA Motors owns 50% of shares.

By offering training courses in Dongfeng Yueda KIA, workers are improved and encouraged working hard. There are different types of training in the company.
Normally workers are sent to a place for having seminars and meetings in order to adapt with colleagues easily. Moreover they learn some know-how from managers and educator.
