Cultural Perspective of Learning
When it comes to the cultural perspective of learning, many countries have their own ways of learning. While American prodigies get preferential ernment and many institutions, the Chinese are mostly mistreated or neglected by the society. This assumption tentatively shows that each different country has its own standpoints of learning and ways to approach learning. Contrasting the perspective that Korean people have for the learning with that of Americans will broaden our understanding of those cultures and their impacts on learning.
In South Korea, students are always pushed and taught by the teachers to get good grades on their tests. Though they don’t like to be forced by teachers, it is inevitable for themer to survive competition with other classmates. Unfortunately, most of Korean high school students go to the school at 7 am and usually come back to their houses at 11 o’clock at night. Without giving them any free times for physical or musical activity, the school forces them to study. A lot of Korean young people study and learn without knowing the reasons to be educated. Teachers and parents do not tell them the reason why they have to study. In addition
