I think capital punishment must abolish for human right and realistic reason.
There are people who claim capital punishment has to exist because condemned criminals`s behavior threat order and safety in our society. But capital punishment is violation of human rights and dignity of human`s life. And at some studies, capital punishment doesn`t have effect in crime prevention. Then, It would rather use life imprisonment system than capital punishment. Next, think of another person`s human right problem except for condemned criminals`s human right. capital punishment judgment and sentence process has misjudgment possibility always because human does. If a real criminal is caught, there is no way to rescue poor person. We must think of possibly innocent victims. And We must think of executioner. They unavoidably participate in execution for duty against their conscience. They suffer a severe spiritual pain. They say they become murderer because of work.
