Take off your high heels!

You may have seen many gorgeous actresses in the movie. And most of them wear high-heeled shoes. The very thin and high heels make you slim and tall. But to show your beauty by using high heels, price which you should pay is very painful. This essay will tell you why you shouldn`t wear high-heeled shoes.

The first reason why you shouldn`t wear high-heeled shoes is because the high-heeled shoes are not good for feet. Feet are one part of the delicate body structures. And they are consist of many bones, joints, nerves, a blood vessel. When you wear high-heeled shoes for a long time, your feet will become swollen. The reason is that high-heeled shoes don`t give enough space to feet because the fore part of high-heeled shoes is narrow and close. If feet are choked, it will cause an unbearable pain on feet. And fatigue of feet from continually wearing high heels can severely damage shape of feet.
