9) 일반 무역 조건 협정서 (agreement on general terms and conditions of business)
AGREEMENT ON GENERAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
This Agreement entered into between Top Trading Co., Ltd., Seoul, Korea, hereinafter called the Sellers, and British International Co., Inc., London U.K. hereinafter referred to as the buyers, witnesses as follows:
1. Business : Both Sellers an Buyers act as Principals and not as Agents`
2. Goods: Goods in Business, their unit to be quoted, and their mode of packing shall be stated in the attached list.
3. Quotations and Offers: Unless otherwise specified in cables or letters, all quotations and offers submitted by either party to this Agreement shall be in U.S. Dollars on a CIF London basis.
4. Firm Offers: All firm offers shall be subject to a reply within the period stated in respective cables. When "immediate reply"` is used, it shall mean that a reply is to be received within three days and in either case, however, Sundays and all official London Bank Holidays are excepted.
5. Orders: Any business closed by cable shall be confirmed in writing without delay, and orders thus confirmed shall not be cancelled unless by mutual consent.
