The issue `A career woman` contains still many arguable points these days. Many people think that women should stay home after they get married and have children. But those thoughts are only prejudice. In my opinion, women have a clear right to choose whether to be a working mother or a full time housewife.
First, working mother`s income is helpful to family finances. After a couple get married, they need plenty of money to education of children or find their house. But it is not enough money to do those things by husband`s earings. Also economic stability is an important factor in rearing children.
Thus, it is required that both parents earn the money.
Second, women can find their identity by having job. In other words, she can find herself`s ego not sitting on someone`s wife and someone`s mother. Finding of her identity brings about positive attitude. women who has positive mind has beneficial effects on family.
