Targets - Students, not only Korean students but also foreign students who are not use to be in Korea or Korean Universities.
- Professors, not only Hanyang Unviersity professors but also other foreign and domestic professors.
- Store owners around Hanyang University.
- Parents who lives in Seoul and who lives in local area.
Substance - This business, HOIC, is going to use cellular phone to connect consumers. HOIC is planning to provide all these five contents services through cellular phone and receive the profits through cellular phone per month. Each months who use HOIC service should pay 3000 won per month to HOIC.
