I am one of the Coffee House owners in Toronto. These days our reputation is the best that we have ever had before. I think it comes from your effort. I really appreciate about that. And as one of the owners, I am so proud of you.
From now on, if we want to keep our reputation, we should change something. I would like to suggest that all of our stores change waiting system.
Actually, we have some problems in our store about using multiple lines. There are too many lines in our stores and it looks so disorderly. It confuses customers. Besides, it takes long time. However, they do not want to wait, so we have to reduce waiting time.
If we change our system to a single line, we can reduce waiting time. There are several good points:
1) Cashiers can divide their work. Even though one customer takes long time, other cashiers can take the rest of the customers. Therefore, each cashier can have enough time to deal with their customers. It makes customers comfortable.
