Risk Management Process
Following the report of the project not achieving desirable time cost and quality standards set by the stakeholders of the project, the client has demanded for a set of the Project Risk Management documents. This section outlines the Risk Management for the project will work as a process, and will briefly explain what is done in each phase of the process, and where in this document is each of the corresponding phases in detail.
Risk Management Planning section deals with basically how Risk Management will be approached. This will include methodology and sources used, the roles and responsibilities of each of the members of the project. We will plan budget and also the scheduling of the risk management activities that will be performed. It’s also important that we firstly address the categories of risks that we would likely be faced with, the probability of these risks occurring and how impacting they would be. Finally we need to determine in what reporting format and by which processes will out risk management activities be using.
Risk Identification section document how we will go and identify the actual risks which are apparent in the project. We have chosen to utilize a brainstorming approach to identify the risks and provide solutions to them.
