Everyone has a strength point and a weak point(below S.W.P), I think. However, if you have to talk about your S.W.P, it`s not easy work that talk about it. We can find out other person`s S.W.P easily, but usually many people can`t see their S.W.P. Even if, they think about it already, it is not easy to talk about their S.W.P logically.

The question about the S.W.P is coming up frequently at a job interview. I convince that just thinking and clearly talk is different definitely. I want to say for everyone, if you did not think about your S.W.P, think about it right now. And if you think about it already, practice continuously talking about it.

I think it is very important thing to knowing the S.W.P myself. The strength point will be an excellent skill in future. Therefore you need to find out what is your strength point and make it more competitive. It`s obviously hard working, but it also meaning work for your competitive power.
