There was a small restaurant around my house. My family used to go there on weekends. The owner of the restaurant was so kind that she and my family were very intimate. One day, I went to the restaurant, finished my meal, and put my wallet from my hip pocket to pay. When she saw that, she told me that it was bad for body to put my wallet in the hip pocket. Wallet is heavy enough to make my hip crook and, in the event, my backbone curve, she explained. By putting my wallet in a bag rather than in a pocket, I might prevent myself from many of the orthopedic diseases.

Not to put a wallet in my hip pocket, What a simple habit it is?
It is a little thing that could be easily ignored. Even though we know the fact, it might be an annoying thing to find another place where I could carry my wallet. But, let`s think about the money we pay for our health thesedays. People are paying a lot to eat a health food and exercise for health. But, there are an old saying, `prevention is better than cure`. It seems that everybody knows about it, but few people are practicing it. In this point of view, this little habit about wallet is really an easy and economic way to keep you healthy. It shows, definitely, the greatness of the trifles.
