Today I would like to talk about internet witch-hunt.
As you know, Korea is one of the global leaders in IT industry.
Our Internet infrastructure is better than those of other advanced countries. Computers are available everywhere. we can easily get a access to the internet.
we can enjoy all the advantages in life by using a internet.

But every thing has both good effects and bad effects.
After the Internet became popular, some side effects has came out.

The nation’s awareness of ethics falls short of our IT reputation.
Personal information has been collected and distributed without control, causing harm to the right to privacy. Nothing shows this better than the cyber terror against privacy.

You guys are remember the accident "gae ddong nyu". Right?
I think netizen probably went to far. I have to admit what the woman did was wrong but to have her picture posted on the web site with no screen is not good either.
