Before I read this book, I wondered why leadership is so important.
But now I know that whatever I will accomplish is restricted by my ability to lead others. Leadership ability is the lid that determines a person`s level of effectiveness.
Above all I especially interested in self-discipline priorities and execution. The first person you lead is you. If I can`t control even myself I can`t control others. It goes without saying that the person get influence who has self-discipline steady.
The secret of our success is found in our daily agenda. If you continually invest in your leadership development, letting your ``assets" compound, the inevitable result is growth over time.
I think time is the key of compound. Starting something quickly is the key to reach the success.
People think leadership is for few people. But we have no opportunities we`re passing up when the we don`t learn to lead. So we have to learn the leadership quickly.
Successful leaders are learners. And the learning process is ongoing. a result of self-discipline and perseverance.
People wants blockbuster. They think it can solve all the problems once they get it. And they think that there is a easy way to the top. But blockbuster which is out of their ability make them face unlucky. Actually there are many cases like that. There is no overnight success. It isn`t accomplished overnight. It needs perseverance.
I think the man who has the self-discipline, endurance and modesty can maintain the his luck and success.
