1.
① Form two teams.
② The teacher shows a member of Team A a situation described on piece of paper.
③ Student A, mime the situation.
④ Team A, guess what is going to happen.
⑤ If you guess correctly, you get a point.
⑥ Repeat with Team B
e.g.) You're.............
..............on a plane that is going to crash.
..............going to take an important examination.
..............up a tall tree and you're going to fall
..............in prison and you're going to be free in an hour
..............going to go out into the pouring rain


2.
① Student A, write the name of a well-known person, e.g. Venus Williams, on a piece of paper.
② Other students ask questions
Is it some body who sings?
who plays a sport?
that acts in movies?
③ When a student guesses correctly, Student A shows the paper with the name.
④ The student who guessed then writes a new name on piece of paper.
⑤ Repeat the game.


3. whispers play
① Teams sit or stand in lines from the back of the classroom to the front.
② Students at the back of each line, to go the front of the room.
③ Look at the sentence teacher show
e.g. " I wish there was less traffic in our city"
or "They say life is about the journey, not the destination."
