About a year ago, before I enrolled this graduate school, I worked for a company, which mainly handles grain and feedstuff trade. Early last year, our company made a contract with a supplier country (from here after referred as country A) to supply 15.000Metric Tons of rice to another buying country (from here after referred as country B). It was a firm contract without any exceptions and all three parties have signed on the contract. The business scheme was very simple. We seek out a country that wants to sell something and find another country that is looking for that item. Then we connect them together, do all the paper works for them including the shipping and handling, inspection, packing, and accounting documentations.
