1. IntroductionWhat is Decision Making? A decision making is the process through which managers and leaders identify and resolve problems and capitalize on opportunities. Good decision making is important at all levels in the organization. It begins with recognition or awareness of problems and opportunities and concludes with an assessment of the results of actions taken to solve those problems. For the decision making process I will discuss each step of process with the Walt Disney Company case to support the principle. However, before I discuss on decision making process by steps, I will discuss about how does external environment affecting the organization on making decision.
2. External decision-making constraints
Every organization must interact with its external environment and must recognize that it will be constrained by external environmental forces.
