국제인도법 모의재판 변론서

소개글

3년이 지난 지금 USB뒤지다가 발견해서,혹시 도움이 될 수 있을까(그리고 돈좀 될까)해서 이렇게 올립니다.
지금은 모르겠으나 2012년 제가 지원했을때는 E-mail로 변론서 진출하고, 서류통과되면 본선진출자로서 모의재판 기회가 주어지는 시스템이었습니다.
자료가 왜이렇게 비싸냐고 하실분도 있으시겠지만, 두달동안 저거때문에 아무것도 못하 스트레스 받아서 머리빠진거 생각하면.....그리비싼가격은 아니라고 생각합니다..ㅠ.ㅠ

▣파일을 총 세개올렸는데 1.문제 2.applicant측 변론서 3.respondent측 변론서입니다.
검사측이랑 변호사측 양쪽 모두의 변론서인데 요긴하게 쓰셨으면합니다.

I. The Nature of Armed Conflict
A)International & non-international armed conflict.
International humanitarian law distinguishes two types of armed conflicts, namely:
International armed conflicts, opposing two or more States, and Non-international armed conflicts, between governmental forces and nongovernmental armed groups, or between such groups only. In order to be able to determine the applicable humanitarian treaty law in a specific context, the distinction between international and non-international armed conflicts remains relevant. International armed conflict (IAC) is governed by the four Geneva
Conventions and two additional protocols, while non-international armed conflict (NIAC) is regulated by Article 3 common to the Geneva Conventions..

B)Katoland v. FRB (Federal Republic of Bariland)
