오늘날의 우리사회를 가리켜 디지털, 정보화 시대라고들 일컬으며 첨단과학기술을 바탕으로 한 초고속 인터넷망을 통해 지식정보화 사회가 도래하였다고 한다. 컴퓨터로 상징되는 정보통신기술의 발전은 사회전체 뿐만 아니라 기존의 교육에 대해서도 새로운 변화를 요구한다. 학교는 정보의 전달(information-transmission)이라는 기능에서 탈피하여 정보의 가공 처리(information-processing)라는 기능으로의 변화를 겪게 되었다(김정효, 2001). 다양한 정보통신기술(ICT)의 활용은 이러한 교육의 흐름을 효율적으로 반영할 수 있는 새로운 방안으로 제시되고 있으며 커다란 태풍처럼 온 나라의 교육현장을 휩쓸고 있다. 그러나 교육인적자원부 주도로 열병처럼 퍼진 ICT는 실시되어 오는 동안 많은 오해와 미비점을 나았다. 따라서 본고에서는 이러한 ICT활용교육에 대한 올바른 개념을 살펴보고, 교수ㆍ학습에 있어서의 ICT이용의 이론적 근거를 찾아보고자 한다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 ICT활용교육을 미술교육과 연계시켜 고찰하여 보고 미술과 지도에 있어서 ICT활용교육의 적당한 수업모형에 관하여 적용상의 방법을 모색하여 보고자 한다.

영어 초록

The development of ICT(information & communication Technology) inquires changes on the field of education as well as the whole of society. Instruction is not only role of transmitting information any longer. It needs the role change for processing treatment of information. The various application of ICT has been presented as the new way to reflect the current of education effectively. Three years have passed since the education applying ICT began in this country. The education applying ICT has prevailed widely by the government's leading. But it has produced much misunderstanding and insufficiency through the enforcement process. Now, we have to generalize the concept of education by the correct application of ICT through the experience until now. The applicative education of ICT divides into the education of attainments and the education of application. Until now, education remains the attainment's level. We didn't face up the essence of education and we have been absorbed in a quantitative growth only. We need to ask again the application of ICT that the relations are reversed and it has been wrong. Therefore, First this paper points out the wrong misunderstanding of a field about the applicative education of ICT and presents the right concept. Second this paper would like to grope for a psychological and a theoretical foundation of ICT application through vygotsky's contiguity development theory and Mind Tool in thinking and learning. Third this paper indicates inadequacy of instruction model's application that the education human resources department presents through the field experience. And this paper want to study a desirable instruction's model of ICT applicative education. The desirable ICT applicative art education face up essence of the curriculum and it is to do ICT applicative education as a new instruction media. Also susceptibility activity inquires much attention into an important goal of art education. ICT is not omnipotence. We will need to study and practice the practical device to improve a quality efficiency of learning.
