I. Introduction

1. Brief overview of the company
The Allgon Company has been probably the most talked about new comer on the Stockholm Stock Exchange since the late 1980’s. It has achieved a spectacular growth and increase in shareholder value since then. Since March 2003 LGP Telecom Holding owns over 90 percent of the shares in Allgon. Allgon now changed its name to ‘LPG Allgon’.
Together, the companies create a major player in mobile telecom equipment with a strong presence in Europe, North America and Asia. The combined Group will have an annual turnover pro forma of approximately SEK 2.5 billion and more than 1,500 employees in 13 countries.
