“Here`s a deal.” This is the phrase that friend of mine in America uses hundreds of time a day. Yes. We, human being, meet each other, talk each other, and make countless deals in everyday lives. When it comes to “negotiation”, however, people strangely feel awkward about it and never do they take it as a everyday life. Negotiation in English? I am pretty sure that most of Koreans may run away as far as they can when they hear these two words which have never been beloved by Koreans. Negotiation is the best and the only way to get what we want from others in cooperative relations. I am going to tell you how to overcome this nervous problem and be a negotiating master.

During the negotiation, we can use non- verbal language as well as verbal language. Result of the meeting will be all up to you who will decide when to speak these two kinds of languages in most effective timing. After we look through the way that leads to win the negotiation, I will cover how we can use questions and some state-of-art negotiating techniques.
