First of all, I need to decide whether to utilize SRGA or not. Based on what I learned from the class, I would think that the answer of keeping the business depends on its financial results are positive or negative. Therefore, it looks like that I could figure it out by calculating some marketing math. However, it is not simple as it looks like because I should consider the impact of SRGA to SGA (Schweppes Ginger Ale). Besides, I need to consider the impact to Canada Dry and other CBNA divisions that are brother companies of Schweppes. There are some key values help me find out the SRGA’s financial results: Manufacturer’s sales price, Contribution margin, Break-even volume, and profit.
