본문내용I am writing to complain about the quality of your company's PDA.
On September 30th I bought PDA at Yongsan agent that is belong to your company. I received all forms that they gave me. On October 10th there were some problems, for example whenever I used more than 10 minutes continuously it didn't work. So I took it to the service center. Then they changed main board. On October 25th there were same problems even I changed. Again it is repaired during one week. Exactly two weeks later, same problem happened, and this time all basic data were erased.
I can't understand how this thing happened even three times during about one month, and can not trust this any more. I'm sure that there is something wrong.
