(1) Channels of cosmetic industry - Last 30 years
Last 30 years, cosmetic channels had been divided into 2types - visiting sales and cosmetic specialty discount stores. Visiting sales were the fist types prosperous around 1970~1980. Salespersons had areal sales right and sold only one brand goods. So, all brands had to construct their own sales organizations.
After visiting sales, cosmetic specialty discount stores appeared. This type more appealed to customers in viewpoint of diversification of purchasing. Its store size was almost small and it was small-scale business.
