One thing to lose and One thing to gain in my childhood
People must have many things to like and many things to hate. Like others, I have many things to like and many things to hate. One of the hate things is fruit. I don’t like fruit very much except grape. Among the fruits that I hate, I don’t like bananas, specially. I don’t know the reason why I don’t like it. But the important thing is that I loved bananas when I was a child. On the other hand, I have many things to like. One thing to like is animals. I specially like dogs and cats. I lived in Incheon before I came here. I have two lovely dogs. I think they are my family. One is male, and his name is ‘Hanul’ that means the sky. The other is female, and her name is ‘Bada’ that means the sea. I really love them because they always make me smile by greeting me. Here is another important thing. It’s that I didn’t like dogs when I was a child. I want to talk the reason why I don’t like bananas and why I like dongs now. My father moved to Seoul to make money when he was 22 years old. After he has lived alone for 2 years, he married in autumn 1976. Because my father’s family and my mother’s family were in Busan, and they married in Busan, but my father and mother lived in Seoul because of his job.
