1. Objects
1) to explore the particular aspects of the behaviour of
capacitor-coupled BJT amplifiers at low-frequencies
2) to examine the high-frequency behaviour of the BJT itself,
and its operation in simple but classical circuits at high frequencies
2. components of the experiment
1) a discrete BJT, the 2N2222
2) a npn array CA3046
3) a variety of resistors, dominantly 10kΩ
4) capacitors of 1 μF (low-inductance monolithic ceramic),
and 100 μF (polarized electrolytic), and two 10pF capacitors
5) generating and measuring equipment
- two variable dc supplies (0 to 20V)
- a waveform generator
- a DVM with 2 2/1 or 3 digits and ohmmeter ranges
- a two-channel oscilloscope with ×10 probes.
3. high-frequency response of BJT
1) 트랜지스터 증폭기의 고주파 응답을 구하는 절차
① 모든 직류 전원들을 제거한다.
- 직류-전압 전원은 단락 회로로 대체하고,
직류-전류 전원은 개방 회로로 대체한다.
