1. INTRODUCTION

The Rare Book Store is Melbourne based book store and it currently decided to extend the market to online based system called E-Bookstore system. The implementing new system, the Rare Book Store decides to go into partnership with Penguin Book which is well-known book sales and publishing company as well.

1.1 Purpose
The main purpose of the E-Bookstore system is to implement online based order, purchasing, management system in order to maximize the efficiency of the whole system of the company. In addition, Rare Book expects that the development of cooperative online catalogue system with Penguin Book could extend the market position and increase potential customers.

1.2 Scope
