First experiment of liquid phase sintering was failed, because amount of Cu powder had been added too much. In addition, sintering temperature was too low, we should consider about atomic mobility in the compact of FCC and BCC, because FCC is more dense then BCC. So, subsequent experiment was conducted in 1200, 1300 and 1400℃ each, then amount of Cu powder was added as 5%, 13% and 20% each with condition of premixing and surface infiltration. However, except for samples in 1200℃, all samples were molten. So I thought that the melting and swelling by Cu powder had made Fe powder away each other, so surface area of Fe powder became larger and viscosity was fallen, then, Fe powder and molten Cu were streamed together.
