Tour Operator in New Zealand
Background of the company.
HANATOUR is Korea’s largest travel agency and ranks as the number one travel company for the past ten years in terms of overseas travel. Also, they have a directly operated network covering 28 areas around the world. This company plans to expand its global network to fifty regions, upgrade ces.
In the case of New Zealand branch is operated from in head quarter in Korea and manages everything of travel in NZ such as making a travel schedule, booking accommodation or restaurant and arranging transportation for travelers who come from Korea.
Job specification or duties or responsibilities
A tour operator’s job involves the planning, development, promotion, administration and implementation of tourism products. Especially, a tour operator oversees all the tasks in a tour company in New Zealand.
The specifications of this job are;
Good communication and computer skills.
Highly motivated and very enthusiastic.
Excellent customer care skills are highly necessary.
Leadership skills and team building skills.
Required a certification of tourism.
