Fabrication process
25㎛ 두께의 E-glass 사용
(CTE is of ~5.5 ppm K-1)
1. The glass-fabric was fired to burn out the
organic sizing agent coated onto its surface.
(At 500℃ for 30min)
2. Two sheets of the glass-fabric were then
stacked and placed on a glass plate.
3. The glass-fabrics were then impregnated with the matrix resin which is a clear, viscous,
UV-curable resin.
4. The sample was then covered with another glass plate for the vacuum bag press molding process.
5. The sample was then UV-cured and heat-treated at 180 ℃ for 4 h to obtain a flexible, transparent composite film
