Today people interest in their health. Resulting in well-being becomes popular and this popularity continues now. Many people eat health foods and take exercise as possible as they can. Especially exercise that effective to lose weight win popularity because young people want to get slim body. But most people immediately stop exercise because it is very hard physically and doesn’t get well wished result. To these people, the best exercise is swimming.
First swimming is safe exercise without a wound. The ground exercise like running and walking put stress on the joints. On the other hand swimming doesn’t have a bad effect on joints because buoyancy in the water reduces the impact that results from weight. So, it is good exercise to seniors and people who have weak bones. Also it can prevent a febrile disease that will arise when people take the ground exercise.
