With the prosperity of per capita income, well-education and a welfare, people have been expecting that criminalities will be decrease. But we don’t feel living under the peaceful society, from time to time news of commit a crime is common issues today. To prevent crimes our government expanding safety areas, they expand CCTV, streetlights at dark and small paths, police stations. The problem is a budget for the crime is increasing and taxpayers are complaining about their money being used to support them. In this essay I will mention about tax that being using protect crimes and how we accept it. Also the way of economize on the budget and eliminate futher criminalities.
