Ha-Joon Chang, the writer of the book Bad Samaritans who was born in 1963, South Korea, is currently one of the leading heterodox economists that is very famous as a specialist in Development Economics field. As a Reader in the Political Economy of Development at the University of Cambridge, he is actually one of the authors of economic and political influence. There are several influential policy books written by Chang himself, including 2002`s Kicking Away the Ladder: Development Strategy in Historical Perspective, and today’s issue book, Bad Samaritans: The Myth of Free Trade and the Secret history of Capitalism. Also as a consultant for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and various UN agencies and many governments around the world, the author of the book Chang has shown readers many of his keen criticism toward today’s dominant paradigm of world economy.참고 자료
